DigiFence is a Digital Retrofit Kit for your existing cabinet saw rip fence. Each system contains a digital measuring system, all the hardware needed to install DigiFence to your existing fence, installation instructions, and an operation manual. A typical DigiFence installation takes 35-45 minutes. (Shorter time, easier installation is possible with 2022 kit

Accuracy: ± 0.005 inch with factory supplied readout.
Repeatability: +/- 0.001 inch
Measuring Range: 36, 52, or 60 inches for the price shown. (52″ is the default. If you want a different size, just add a note in the SHIPPING COMMMENTS box after you ADD TO CART.) About lifting your fence off:
If you regularly lift your fence off the table, we have a HINGE KIT that allows the fence to be taken off in seconds, and reinstalled in seconds.
When used properly, this does not cause data loss or a need to re-calibrate. About calibrating:
DigiFence can be calibrated two ways:
Move fence against saw blade (machine power off).
Press the DATUM on the readout.
(This method is not recommended if you are after best possible accuracy and repeatability.)
Move fence close to the saw blade and lock it in place.
Cut a small board, using same feed/speed as you normally do.
Measure the cut board with best tool possible.
Set this value into the digital readout using the PLUS and MINUS keys.
Why is this better? It accounts for any wobble, runout of your blade. It accounts for any vibration in your saw. It removes any questions about squareness of the fence to the blade.
